Everyone has weaknesses. You need to focus on improving your strengths rather than worrying about weaknesses. Your strength is where the Lord has provided is Might. Defining your strengths and sharpening them is the faster way to grow. It is here where you are in unity with the Lord. It is important to pre-establish your expertise that you can be absolutely greater than your opponent, and that opponent is the forces of evil. Don’t ever show your weakness. You have to assume that everyone around you is your potential enemy. When you display your weakness you open the hedge and let Satan in. “How long will you assault me? Would all of you throw me down this leaning wall, this tottering fence?” (Psalm 62:3 NIV)
Do not show your weaknesses at work, for those may desire to have your job. Not showing or letting them see your weaknesses also means you are seeing through your opponents’ weaknesses. Once you pull a bluff make sure you carry through. There are two cases when you look at your weaknesses. One is when you are aware of your weaknesses and are emotionally ready for them. The other case is when you are not aware of your own weaknesses. The important thing for a leader is to be aware of your own weaknesses and see through your opponent’s weaknesses. Rely on your strength that comes from the Almighty and worry not of your weakness.
